Has anyone used One way services in Quesada, if so can you recommend them?

About a hundred or so people according to the posts on here.
Put Matt in the search box at the top and you'll come up with loads and loads of different services people have had from them.

I recommended them to a friend of mine because of the recommendations off here. She was very impressed with the service and price

Yes i had the same problem. This is definitely one area they can improve in. Having said that, i think there's only 2 or 3 of them in the office and they're mostly rushing around sorting peoples stuff out. I think it's probably best to go to the office if you can.

I've used them a few times, never had any issues.

Yeah, not so easy for the times I am in the UK. I tried going to the office when in Quesada and it was closed in the middle of the day so have given up for now.

A very Spanish business vibe, to be fair...

We used Matt for our driving licence exchange, great service. Like PGA, we couldn't get an answer on the phone, so we went down to the office. Matt made the medical and Trafico appointments while we waited; 3 weeks later, we met at his office at 10am, he drove us to Cartagena, we had our medicals, then went to Trafico, and after a short wait, we walked out with our temporary licences - we were back home by 1.30pm. Five weeks later, our Spanish licences arrived in the post.

When we used them, it was just Matt and his wife in the office, but they took on Craig last year and it's helped. One of them is out of the office from about 10am to 2pm, accompanying clients to their various appointments, but if there are other clients visiting the office, the one left behind may not be able to pick up the phone. Friends of ours are using their services to obtain residency.
