Do you have the green ITV certificate that you got from the dealers as without it the trailer is not legal
Also all ads for sale must have a price on in this forum

Ad states "NO green card"

From the plaque (PV, PTAC) it's French so not easy to register here.

Send email to the dealer and get a copy of certificate of conformity then the ITV station will check it and issue a new ITV but it will cost
