I have been doing some keep fit with Joe Wicks on YouTube. A variety is levels, even seniors. Give it a shot, it's not too difficult and fun Saves sitting on your bum all day

Did one of his workouts today and they're really good. All sorts of workouts to suit different levels and types required.
