postal/parcel services during lockdown

Does anyone know if a post and/or parcel service is available during lockdown?

Hi Catral Correos still open 3hrs a day, no problem with parcels either.

Quesada post office must still be having problems because I should have received a small packet 2 weeks ago. I have only seen the postman once in our area since the lock down.

Postman out today just had parcel delivery

Quesada post office was closed as one of the postman proved positive for the virus. The office was closed for disinfecting and there was talk of the bringing in temp staff but i don’t think that has happened. I would imagine it would be shut for 14 days think it all started around the 19th March.

I am in the UK and have a small packet to post to Spain. My local post mistress told me that anything for Spain is being kept at their office until such time as it is deemed advisable to send on.

I am having a small parcel sent here by my son who is sending it by a courier, costs a bit more but it should be here in 5 days

Your post mistress would seem to be mistaken.

The status of Alert in Spain and Spanish territories is extended to 11 April 2020. Also, international flights have been suspended with dispatches temporarily moved to road services to maintain mail flow but this will result in extended transit times.

It goes without saying of course that unless essential or unavoidable we really shouldn't be burdening the post office or any other services.

Anyone know of any post offices, near san Luis that are open please?

I have just had letters delivered by our usual postman on La Fiesta II.
