Rosas tours

Does anyone know what Rosas tours are doing re cancelled trips.....refunds or credits?

Ring them and ask

From what I've been reading travel agents are offering vouchers as they are struggling with funds. Look at previous post re Vivalli ?

Did you pay cash or by card? If by card, they don't actually take the money until the day before, So if it's cancelled they just won't take any money.

David tours have offered vouchers for future trips or full refund.

They are a lovely company, so let them keep the money,they will be struggling no doubt, & I for one don't want to lose them, none of their trips are really expensive so come on folks help if you can

Agree if it's a day trip but if it's a few ie 2 for 3 or 4 days ...dont think so.

I received an email yesterday from David’s to say refunding and money arrived in my account today.

I received a phone call today, re. A trip we are booked on in Apri. They said it's cancelled & to call in the office once it reopens in May & collect the deposit or use it to book another trip.

I e mailed them but didn’t get a reply so assume the office to be closed
We were booked on a day trip so it’s not the end of the world
Was just interested to know if anyone had heard
