Posts withat lots of attachments

I am sick of reading posts with lots of links to other posts. One post with 2 or 3 links takes up a whole screen. Can anything be done to control it?

A simple URL link takes up no space at all just a line of text do you mean a cur and paste from a website if so why not just scroll past

I do scroll past it. That's the only way to get past it. But it's a pain and blocks the screen with old posts.

I this is what jonnno is referring to... when the quote option is used in order to make a point referring to what has been said previously

I too find this annoying especially when some clever dickies use 3 or 4 quotes on one post therefore taking up nearly a page

But hey ho is it important in the grand scheme of things ... be safe peeps xx

That's what's happened with the post I posted. It was a long one with the rules. Somebody did the same. I don't like it when there are a few people's comments and I can't always see a reply just previous quotes?
