I rang the suma chat line, because I hadn't received mine and they emailed it to me

This website which I was given in a previous thread will show you your bill and let you pay online. You just enter your NIE number and the car's registration number

That's where I paid but there is no option for paying by instalment which it sounds like the OP may be trying to do.

mine comes out on a direct debit, saves having to worry about it and well worth doing.

Its the bar code on your suma.

I'm due two Suma bills for car tax and one for Basura, they haven't sent me any bills yet but no doubt they will get round to it sometime, when they turn up I will pay them, I can't understand why some people are desperate to pay bills they haven't even received.

Has you car suma came out of your account, We set up our car and house to be paid by D/D so far nothing taken out.
