Car Suma

Has anybody had a problem with trying to pay car suma on line. I have tried on numerous occasions to pay on my Bankia debit card. The site asks for the security number sent by text to my mobile which I enter, but then it comes up
with can't process security number.

Just got off paying three lots of SUMA and no problems, all three 6 digit codes came through and were accepted instantly.

When we bought our car we went to the Suma office in Rojales as they had our old address. They set up a direct debit so we do not have to anything. Perhaps worth considering if you keep a car long term?

I meant to do the same but forgot, simple enough to pay online though with just NIE and vehicle reg, well usually!

I tried to pay mine online last week and it wouldn't let me do it. I went to the bank this morning and paid it through the ATM.

You insert your bank card and it comes up on screen "payment of taxes and bills".
You then touch on that and it will say with or without barcode. [I paid with barcode]
If you decide to pay by barcode ,it will tell you to scan the the barcode. Once scanned it will ask you to confirm payment. Once done it will issue you with a receipt of payment. Hope this helps you.

I paid all three of mine in full.

If you're trying to pay by instalment or something it's not too surprising it's not sending you the code.
