Hi All...the wife having finally sorted out a refund from Easyjet is now in hot pursuit of Jet 2 for a refund. Has anyone had any dealings with Jet 2 and could supply any information etc. Thanks in advance.

Hi hobnob, We are also waiting to hear from Jet 2 regarding a refund. They sent an email at the end of March saying that they would be in touch a few days before our cancelled flight which was booked for April 27th but we haven't heard from them since so not sure what the next step is as there is no-one available to speak to. Hope we can get something sorted soon.

Concerning our Easyjet refund...my Wife sent an E Mail [email protected] in the subject line she put the booking reference/dd mm yyyy/EN nobody seems to know what the EN is for but it has to be put in...the EN is in capitals. Hope this works for all concerned.

Hi hobnob my experience with JET2 has been excellent. I was due to travel in March. Obviously the flight was cancelled. I had an email from Jet2 saying they would be in touch and I received my full credit on 15th April without me having to contact them.
I am also due to fly with Jet2 in May and I received an email from them yesterday giving me two options as the May flights are cancelled. The options were either amend my booking with no admin charge or wait for them to get in touch if I prefer a refund. This is being done by departure date order which makes sense.

I am dealing with Vueling at the moment but are only being offered a refund in the form of a flight
Voucher. Does anyone know if this is legal? We are in the U K at the moment.

I am waiting for a Vueling refund, this is the email I had from them when I opted for a refund
