Prosegur Alarm

Prosegur Alarm

Postby Wansbeck » Fri Apr 24, 2020 10:28 am

I no longer need to use the Prosegur Alarm but cannot find any way of cancelling it. No web site seems right. I have written to them via their site, but no idea if it will be correct. Any ideas??

Try cancelling your direct debit, that usually starts a conversation.

I endorse the advice from Freespeech.
I infilled Prosegur website’s prescribed email quoting my contract number . No response. But At the same time I also cancelled future payments from them via my bank app.
I got a reaction only when the monthly direct debit went unpaid, and received the usual threats. I replied giving the date and screenshot of my original email.
That got their attention and got everything sorted.
I’ve used this tactic previously With other service providers, as otherwise you are ignored.
Good luck

[email protected], this is the English speaking guy at Prosegur customer services who finally handled my cancellation. Managed to rake through my correspondence to get it.

I contacted them on facebook asking what to do and this is their reply:-

Please send in your Spanish ID and contract number of the alarm. Send it off to [email protected] and somebody will contact you, alternatively call 911753501 with your Spanish ID number and contract no.
