Is anyone getting post from the uk? that is letters or/and box deliveries.

Hi. Yes I received some post last week but it took around 4 weeks to get here

Hi. I received small parcel from UK yesterday. It took about 10days to get here using the cheap rate postage. Pleasantly surprised under the circumstances.

Got one letter two weeks ago that took 3 weeks to get here.
Then, on Friday, got 4 letters and two had only been posted about 3 days before and the other 2 about 10 days before. Maybe they are coming in batches.

Received letter from U.K. yesterday, was postmarked 14 days ago.

Letters do seem to be taking around 3 weeks but a NHS charity tee shirt I orderded was delivered by Worldwide Express couriers in 9 days, I was pleasently surprised.

I am told it depends where in the UK a letter or parcel is posted from.
Apparently some areas of the UK have serious issues with mail due to a lot of the postal workers bring self isolating, whilst others areas are still operating well. This would explain why some mail is quicker than others.
Don't know how true this is, but it does seem to have merit by way of explanation.

Could it also be down to the reduced number of flights coming in, i'm certain most if not all mail from the UK is via air mail.

True re flights for air mail, so a combination of a shortage of postal workers in some areas of the UK, coupled then with less mail flights might give some explanation.
