ACE Central Heating (Paul & Eddie)
+34 628 607 587

Sorry to hear of your experience and it’s very upsetting and stressful for you. Hope my suggestion will be of some help in the meantime.
We have always used Paul for for CH (oil), and Ferroli Boiler.
If you need help with system give him a call and explain your situation.
Also did cosy case get the boiler registered with the company who provided it - as they are supposed to get it inspected after installation. Paul arranged all ours with Ferroli. Again used Ferroli, Elche for 10 years for service etc. excellent service.

5 years ago I had solar electricity, a pool heater and a ferroli boiler and central heating installed by Cosy Casa ( Kirk Thomas ). I found them to be very pleasant and eager to do the job in line with all regulations, including having a guy come and certify the boiler. Unless they have suddenly stopped being good workmen I'm surprised at your experiences with them.
Also a neighbour of mine had central heating installed by them and they were delighted.
I will try to send you their contact info.

Bob.

Very surprised to hear their advertising on the radio stations. They state that they can work legally during the current restrictions. I was led to believe that only emergency repairs were allowed in private houses.
Am I wrong and they are allowed to work as normal on extensions, refits and renovations in private houses or are they advertising and working outside of the legal restrictions?

Thanks to Slimcow for your reply, I need to have some roofing work done when the restrictions are over. I think I will give (not so) Cosy Casa a wide berth. I hope you get all your problems sorted out soon

I’m a little confused regarding cozy casa being able to work !! Everything I’ve read indicates all self employed people can work if they are legal in what they are doing. I haven’t seen any mention of emergency works only.

I contacted a supplier to whom I paid a deposit for some building work before the lockdown and they told me that they're only allowed to work in unoccupied properties, so don't understand how Cosy Casas are getting around that.....

They worked in my property with my wife and myself present, they were only permitted 3 men as maximum is 5 including customer. Police rang on our bell, checked there paperwork and let them continue. I assume by this all was ok including a further 3 days work.
