At the moment it is by appointment only.
And Bankia changed its hours some time ago (before this CV thing) and personal banking can only take place 0815 to 1100.
Other hours are for things like mortgages, investments and so on. Anything else just 0815 to 1100.
There was a notice on the Quesada branch to this effect and our branch, in Torrevieja, called us in to unlock my wife's account with a prove you are still here type request. They wouldn't deal with us at 1130 and we had to go back the next day between those hours. And that was back in January.
