Form to register address Change for vehicle

Can anyone tell me the name of the form and where I can download it. I have moved house and need to change the address for my vehicle registration. Many thanks!

Trafico change of address

You need to tick the box cambio de domicilio under seleccione el tramite.

The way to do it all is on the DGT website which you can change to English either by opening with Google or the change language to English in the box on the top right of this page.

DGT changes

You can change your address with all the gov departments online but you have to have a clave or key (same as UK gateway). This will tell trafico, national police, social security, tax office and so on but you have to wait a month or two after you have changed your padron before it will accept it so is only for residents.

Thank you very much Marcliff. I have printed the form and can go to almoradi ayuntamiento to do it I believe as I live in Algorfa - with regards to the clave how do I go about obtaining that?
