Go into settings and reset the network connection or just unplug the stick and plug back in again

Sent mine back to amazon. They don’t work properly in the majority of cases (I know a small percentage of people are happy with theirs). Constantly freezes, sometimes no signal, sound way out of sync etc. Mine was an up to date 4K version but Wasn’t worth the effort so sent it back to amazon for full refund.

I have many Firestick and never had a problem also I have supplied them to clients and have not had any problems from them ,if they are not set up correctly you are bound to get problems
Big trouble is always caused by users with little knowledge trying to load IPTV apps on them and they do not really know what they are doing

Normally I wouldn't defend a big company like Amazon but me and family have a 5 Amazon Firesticks with IPTV Pro loaded on them for over a year with no problems.

So a bit OTT to say that the majority of them don't work.

Our fire stick is fine, it’s hard-wired to tv, wi-fi is less stable.
