i phone 8

Ive recently upgraded to an i phone 8 but im struggling to hear conversatios even though the volume is set to the limit. Im having it on speaker all the time
Any one know a different way to increase volume ??

Have you took off the protective film lol

Hi go to settings, then music, scroll down in music part to playback and should have volume limit, tap on this and you get a slider ‘volume slider’. It might be not up to its limit. That’s the only thing I can think of.

it seems its been a common problem since it came on the market
check out this thread, , all apple devices are under warranty so if its a recent
upgrade, return the item for a new device or repair, good luck

The small grille area covering the earpiece may be clogged up with sweat etc. Worth cleaning and popping a very thin needle into each grille hole to make sure it’s clean.

It’s brand new, shouldn't be necessary
