Selling Property

I’m now hearing that 5 real estate charge the basic €1000 if you use their solicitor and if you use your own it’s another €2000

Has anyone used Merrymaids to sell their property I’d be interested in feedback

I emailed Merry maids them regarding selling property they but never responded, probably busy!! They did respond regarding Habation cert and I did tell them about not replying but they still did not respond to that, so found other agent, and what surprised me all the agents will match other fees but the one mentioned 5real estate best.

These fixed fee deals seem remarkable value, especially when compared to the % charged in Spain usually compared to in other countries.

Marry Maids have been closed during lock down and if you call and don't leave a message they cant get back to you.
