Tax 2019 - Average exchange rat

What is the average exchange rate GBP to EURO for 2019 that the Spanish Authorities use to calculate your amount of tax due for that particular year?

Our solicitors said the rate being used for 2019 is 1.1754 to the pound.

Strange, mine has stated rate of exchange at € 1.1399 to the £

The rate for 2019 depends on what is being reported on.
For modelo 720, declaration of assets it is the exchange rate on 31 December 2019, 1.1762
For modelo 100, the normal income tax return, it is the average exchange rate for the whole or 2019, 1.1399

I thought the rate seemed a bit high so probably just meant the 720.
I did my tax return to the solicitors in pounds so should be OK.

1.14 is the average....
