Has it changed hands because I saw it up for sale last year. Maybe thats why the advert for new staff

As per my earlier post, the advert for staff was June LAST year & the owner advertised it for sale TODAY. It was up for sale last year at a ridiculous price & is now advertised at a vastly reduced figure.
