Computer support SORTED THANKS TO FRED

our computer is playing up, we cant seem to save , when we do we cant find it. Please is there someone out there with good computer knowledbe able to help or can you recommend maybe a young nerd who is on the ball, as we seem to have lost the plot. Many thanks.

We are using Thunderbird and up to now its been ok. Now we find we are having problems when we try to save a file. When we have saved it we cannot then find it
even though we've made a note of where it is, it is not there! When we do eventually
find it we have a problem uploading it. It seems like there is a blockage somewhere.
We are not happy with Thunderbird perhaps you could put in another package. Of course we are happy to pay you for your time etc. This is quite urgent as I am in the middle of getting another book published!! Many thanks. Our phone no is:966 718 788

I have never been a user of Thunderbird so not up to speed with it I understand that it saves messages into the sent folder is that where you are looking
I would advise to transfer over to Gmail very simple to set up
look on gmail.com

You are using a gmail address in Thunderbird I meant a stand alone Gmail service

You can access you emails direct from Gmail no need to use Thunderbird
