Social distancing

It had everything to do with CV19.....people in lockdown for 3 months wanted some open spaces......the lake district has that. Not to worry, looks like some of them decided to go to the beaches instead.
I'm in Essex, not Spain and like you we don't want visitors either.

It’s extremely sad to see all the ignorance and arrogance in the U.K., coupled with the lawlessness, crowded rioting, and packed beaches. It doesn’t matter whether or not it is “ just a few”, they all then go back to their homes and share this Covid bug with their relatives and neighbours. The government and police allow people to do exactly what they want and sod the consequences. And now, it’s been decided to open a corridor for travellers to and from Spain. Fantastic.
The incubation period of this corona bug is said to be at least 4 days and can take up to 2 weeks to show symptoms. So any on the spot testing at airports is possibly flawed anyway.
So the risk to Spain I believe is huge. good luck everyone in Spain.

Unsurprisingly no one has mentioned thousands of Liverpool fans congregating at the ground last night, suppose that's someone's else's fault

When there’s another wave of coronavirus in Britain these idiots on the beach will blame the government

Packed tube trains during " the crisis " no media outrage , no threats to close "the network" from Government , no moral outrage on here - double standards by all I'd say .
You can go to work on a packed tube , go home to your family and spread The Virus BUT , Go to the beach , " Major Incident" . Flights from Virus hot spots have been landing in the UK right through the crisis , with no one being tested until recently - outrage anyone ?
