Amoradi Town Hall Flood victims compensation

In case anybody is within the Almoradi Town Hall catchment area they are giving a grant of 4.7% of the total cost of repairs for any structural damage caused by the September DANA. The repairs must be carried out between 15 Sep 2019 and 15th Sept 2020. Households and communities of owners etc can apply for the grant. It says you apply for it on line. I am not sure if this is the form but I can't see any specific form on the Almoradi Town Hall website
