We left spain on 1st July with our dog, stopped in Dijon overnight. No checks at spain/France border and just the normal checks at the tunnel, we had to fill in the quarantine forms but as your leaving after 10th July this will not be required. Not much mask wearing in France so my advice is to wear masks as you would in spain and also carry supplies of antibacterial wipes and sanitizer. Have a safe journey.

We stayed in longvic- Dijon, a Kyriad hotel, rooms are quite small but the location is good. There are three big properties in the road, 2 hotels and a private house. Choice of 3 types of 3 course meals all very good. Supermarket about 2 km away with cheaper petrol. Book it through booking.com
Hope that helps

CRIT'AIR UPDATE: July 2019
From 1 July 2019, diesel cars made earlier than 2006 will be banned from the roads of Paris.
The ban applies on weekdays between 8am and 8pm to any vehicles carrying the Crit'Air 4 stickers and will affect light trucks, as well as some older diesel cars and motorbikes. This rule applies to all vehicles, including those from the UK.
If you're caught in the French capital breaking this ban, you risk a fine of up to €68 for cars and motorbikes, or €135 if you're driving a truck.
Find out more about your Euro emissions standard and whether your vehicle is affected, below.
Check the RAC website about uptodate information on how to obtain the stickers for your windscreen. (depending upon your type of engine, you will get a different coloured sticker, which will decide which cities and towns you are allowed to enter, and what time of day, and for how long).
