Damp proofing

I have a under build in la Marquesa that need either damp proofing or tanking can anyone recommend a good reliable builder who works on this problem.

Hi. I’m trying to find the name of a company (British specialist) who came to give us a quote, I can remember it was extremely expensive. Saying that a lot of work was involved.

We only had a small area so decided to investigate the product - dryrod, google this product in UK and also sale on Amazon.

Dryrod comes in tubes or rods, some areas we used rods others the tube. You can also watched the process on YouTube which was helpful, but most UK companies were very helpful with advise.

We did the work ourselves, but like I said we only had a small area.

Also, on the forum I saw someone advertising Tanking, again I’ll try and search for his number.

It might be late afternoon before I reply.

Try Don Alumino. They are due to carry out a similar job on my underbuild for me in August. Removing all existing plaster, damp proof, replaster and paint (2 coats)

I am having my underbuild done at the moment. The contractors have removed all the plaster internally and are adding another layer of bricks with a gap between the two layers. They are doing a great job. Try contacting Rita on 605 322 612 or by e-mail on [email protected]
