Toning Tables at Doña Pepa are fab!!!

Had 8 sessions at the new toning tables at Doña Pepa and am amazed at the results - 1.5” off my waist, 1” off my hips, 1” off mist other places and 1lb weight loss. Really happy with that and I absolutely love going, the time flies past I’m enjoying myself so much.

The reason I asked to be measured so soon is because I’m going back to the UK for 10 days so no point in being measured when I’ve done toning tables 10 times as I’ll have added fish and chips, fresh cream cakes and Indian curry on my trip to UK.

I highly recommend the toning tables.

Good Heavens takes me back to the eighties, I used to own toning tables and design exercises for different levels of capabilities. They were great, glad to see they are making a come back.
