Hi I had BBC iPlayer but it wouldn’t load so I uninstalled it, now I can reinstall it!
Anyone know what to do or someone who can reset it for me? TIA

You can only use bbc iplayer or anything showing uk programs live if you use a vpn to disguise your location

Hi Frenchie. I have bought a VPN but still can’t install iPlayer.
When I try to download the iPlayer it takes me to a free VPN site and when I try to install iPlayer app it takes me to YouTube!
I have contacted my VPN supplier but haven’t heard back yet.
A friend said she is having difficulty playing her BBC iPlayer so wasn’t sure if that was causing a problem!

I have a von and cannot access Bbci player.
My provider said there is a problem and their working in it...well let's see!
They given me details of another app where you can access BBC programmes.

I'm going to stick with the uk apps that I currently have..uktv, britbox, 4 and my5, itv hub to name a few..
Cant be bothered with iplayer.

I have not used my BBC iPlayer app since I had Go Fibre television installed in January of this year.

The system gives you a months catchup on ALL THE PROGRAMMES, so you don't need a VPN anymore as you never have to use the iPlayer. Sorted.

For some reason Amazon has decided that it does not like the use of VPN's so they no longer run correctly and BBC now has VPN blockers encrypted into I Player so eventually I Player will not work outside of UK.
