Christmas Holidays

Want to book a holiday for Christmas but seems difficult as many hotels are not going to be open.
Any suggestions? Want a resort somewhere obviously which will be 'open'. Have already looked at booking just a hotel in Benidorm but the rates are just too expensive. Would like a package deal really
but don't know if anything going either by coach or air. (Have seen the Davids coach one to Benalmadena but have already done that before).
