Maybe because the UK has left the EU Alexa is not applying the 12 month
transition period

Hi i had the same problem in England, I got it by saying play Harmony Fm Spain in tune in and its worked ever since, I have bought it out to Spain and its working perfectly now by just saying Alexa play Harmony FM , and her reply is playing Harmony FM from tune in. Good luck hope you get it to work

Hello Dark, when was the last time you listened to Harmony FM in the uk?
As I said originally up to about 3 weeks ago I was ok with it. I have tried all the
combinations as suggested but the reply I get from Alexa is “the station named Harmony FM Spain is currently unavailable from tune in” so I’ll stick to listening through the APP on my iPad.

I've had the same issue with Big FM, Tunein app is saying I'm not in the correct country.

Tunein have been in a court battle and as on 14 September, will be restricted from playing overseas radio stations in the UK.

Say to Echo Dot “Alexa, play my Tuner Radio”

App opens

Welcomes you to My Tuner Radio, gives you instructions or options of radio stations, or say next for more stations as it stops saying it’s welcome. It took a few attempts but it’s playing now. I got it to play both.

“Play, Hamony FM from Spain” or “ Play Big FM from Spain”

Sorry for the late reply, the last time I listened in the UK was 26th August

I had the same problem but, with BIG FM. My Amazon Account is in the UK and the devices location was set in Quesada.

I changed and saved the location to a UK postcode and BIG FM became available. I then r-entered the Quesada address and it still worked and, it still does

Hi Glassfull, my Amazon account is in the UK and my device is set to a UK post code and stopped working with Harmony FM about four weeks ago.

Try a Spanish address and 03170 post code
