Residencia appointment
by Jonnno » Mon Sep 21, 2020 1:13 pm
I am told there are no Residencia appointments available at present. Is there a Web site where you can make Residencia appointments?

Cita Previa Residencia
You need to get on fairly early in the morning. They seem to have a limited amount of appointments and when they're gone, they're gone.
I tried at 7 am and there were several appointment dates available.
I tried again about lunchtime and it said no appointments available.
I just tried again and it says no appointments available for initial registration nor for the changing to a TIE.
So get on as early as you can and you may find there are some.
If you're applying to change your current registro for a TIE with the EX23 then you need the option:
POLICÍA-EXP.TARJETA ASOCIADA AL ACUERDO DE RETIRADA CIUDADANOS BRITÁNICOS Y SUS FAMILIARES (BREXIT)
If you're applying for the initial residency with the EX20 then you need the option:
Trámite para la documentación de nacionales del Reino Unido (Brexit)

Morning Marcliff, I've just made 2 appointments, I tried at 7am nothing tried again 8, 8.30, 9 still the same nada. Tried again at 1130 and hey presto there were quite a few to choose from. Now I've done that, what's the next step, pay the 12 euros? If so how?
Many thanks, Chris

Think I've just found it, a Modelo 790 012 ? Fill it in, print if off and go and pay?

You need to download the Tasa 790 012 which you can download here.
Once completed, take it to a bank and pay the 12 euro fee. You will get a receipt from the bank which you show at your appoinment.

On the 790 form do I tick the "Certicado de registro de residente communitario o tajeta de residencia de familiar de union? Plus, is the EX23 just one page?
If that's correct Im ready to go (Apart from photos)

'Certificado de registro de residente comunitario o Tarjeta de residencia de familiar de un ciudadano de la Unión.
I seem to recall the EX23 is 3 pages.
Page 2 has Datos Relativos A La Solicitud and you need to select under 4.1 Tipo de Documento the box that says Tarjeta Inicial.
Under 4.2 Situacion en Espana you tick the second box which starts Residencia con certificado de registro.
Page 3 is for listing the documents accompanying the application and don't forget to put your name at the top of page 2 and 3 Nombre y appelidos del titular.

I hadn't ticked the 4.1 box so thank you for that I just need to print page 3 as my friend thought we didn't need that.

Good morning A few questions, regarding the request for new Residencia card.
1) The form on line, do you complete it on line or print it off ? .
2) do you take both forms to local police or civil police ?
3) then do you pay the 12e
I’ve everything written out as a guide and just want to double check these points, before we complete everything.
We are not fluent in Spanish just wondered if we need to take our translator with us. Thank you
