You will be returning to your primary place of residence (UK) and can transit through the regions with no restrictions. Whether you will be able to stop at a hotel will depend on the rules being extended (or not) before your ferry. At the moment you cannot do so and are only allowed to stop for refuelling, your destination (in this case a hotel) in a restriction region is not allowed.

3. Traffic in transit through the territorial areas in which the limitations provided in this article are applicable shall not be subject to any restrictions.

According to the questions and answers in Murcia Today you are permitted to leave the arterial route if you have a prebooked hotel reservation. Your hotel will confirm this for you as they will be au fait with the regulations.
