That's not strictly true! They have their own clauses which in the end cost much more.

They charge 1000 euro providing you use solicitor they recommend which is 1000euro. But once again no difference with any of them, and as for selling your self you will be very lucky, great if you don't mind waiting for someone to come ..but better to get agents do a deal with more then one agent and if they don't sell you don't pay.

Can i also say if you wanted to buy a property on La Marina would you start looking in Quesada?
