Most agents are very much alike, they all have pros and cons regarding charges, I believe you are definitely better with a local agent in your area, if they know area and have an office close far better. At the moment sales are very slow, quick sale requires good price as most buyers are looking for a bargain!!! As for agent all now will match the others for fees, just tell them. Best of luck will take time.

Sell it yourself on here and save the commission , there are plenty of people looking and would rather buy direct ,it is easy to place it on here

Yes good idea to try and sell on here or other local forums but there are two new estate agents in Quesada on main street charging for just 1,000 euros if they sell for you

We used New Start on Avineda De Londres on the Urb, the sale was completed in a matter of a few weeks so worth the commission in my book.

That's not strictly true! They have their own clauses which in the end cost much more.
