Regrettably Steve didn't bother following up my enquiry regarding a fault. Was going to visit to check over our unit and then never got in touch again .

Sometimes people who are very busy can forget. Did you remind him? It can happen. Something like that is annoying but don't let that put you off. He is an excellent electrician/engineer

Hi Ian you had machine moved and reinstalled by another engineer on installation you had an error code which showed unit had a faulty circuit board which is not available which I explained. Unless previous engineer had connected unit incorrectly was possibly beyond repair. Did say could check wiring but not been in your area sorry for any inconvenience

Had a/c issue and called Steve Birkett ,he was here within an hour sorted the problem in minutes at very reasonable charge although we were like lambs to the slaughter
Cannot recommend him highly enough
