I grant you it is not easy to figure out the Torrevieja Electronic Office

Anyway this is what you want

1 A Cita Previa
2 Select Registro General
3 from the drop down menu in Registro General select
either Certificado Digital
or PROP cl@ve the PROP office is part of the Generalitat Comm Valenciana and is the one you want

I got my digital certificate code from Torrevieja Prop office, entered it into the appropriate page on the internet site as directed. The page informed me it was installed correctly on my computer and ready to use. However, I still can't seem to access any official y websites. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Anyone got any ideas ? In firefox browser you can see the certificate is listed in the firefox certificate settings and it's not expired.its also there in internet explorer.

Hi I got my digital certificate code and registered on line, printed everything off. However, I didn’t download the autofirma, didn’t know about this. I’ve looked on Firefox etc and can’t find my anything in relation to my digital cert.
Like I said I did print it out and got a very long password code and I inserted my own password etc.
how do I go about getting onto the web site and checking documents out.

You only need AutoFirma if you want to transact with a Government department, you can check the status of things, such as your driving licence, without it, but it's handy to have - this explains what it is and how to download it:

The confirmation is a bit hit and miss so don't worry if you don't get it. Just turn up at your appointment time.
