Digital certificate

hi, could someone please show me the link to apply for a digital certificate from Torrevieja townhall. I want to get a copy of my file from the tax office, and have been advised I need a digital certificate. Thank you. Dry much for any help that you can give me.

I'm in Quesada, not Torrevieja, but the first step here was to go to our town hall in Rojales (maybe you need an appointment at the moment) with your TIE (or other equivalent documents such as NIE, passport, padron, residency certificate/card) and register for the digital certificate. They then give you the papers to obtain it online using a one-time code. The papers were obviously all in Spanish, but it's pretty straightforward to do even without the instructions. You need the code though for your first time, after which you create your own password.

A friend had a problem accessing it on her IPHONE but got it on her computer. It is working.

It's so much easier in Quesada than Torrevieja for things like this.

The next guy in the queue after us lived in Torrevieja and he had given up and come to Rojales for his - not sure how he got on though!!

Wouldn't have fancied his chances with that but you never know. You'd think technology would allow it but it's different councils so I think it would be a no.
