This is what it said:
A staggered reopening of the hospitality industry in the Valencian Community starting with the terraces as they are open spaces.
It is the approach which the Ministry of Health, Ana Barceló, is working towards and was presented yesterday to the catering and leisure employers in a first meeting to analyze and plan the de-escalation plan as of March 1.
It was also agreed to create a working party that will meet again on February 23 with the presence of technicians to advance more concrete proposals.

Today's Informacion says bars and restaurants on track for opening next Monday with reduced hours. I was speaking to a lady today who has a brother living in Madrid and he says life is "normal" or as normal as can be in these times with shops and bars and restaurants open.
