If u are in Valencia regin, the restriction will remain the same. Which means bars & restaurants remain closed but only open for take away.

In other threads, it has been pointed out that all the restrictions in the Valencia Community, including all the restaurant closures, have been extended until the end of this month.

The restaurant owners aren't happy and have lodged several appeals with the courts to have this overturned as they have done successfully in the Basque Country.

The Valencian Supreme Court has just allowed the appeal against the closures to take place.

Some 2,000 restaurants, bars etc in Castellon and Alicante have said they will open on Tuesday 16th February in protest at the closures. When the appeal to the Supreme Court will take place has not been specified.

It looks like the Supreme court has sided with the hospitality industry. They say its against their human rights to close their busineses.
This ruling could lead to bars and resturaunts reopening

I don’t think that’s quite right. The Supreme Court has allowed an appeal, the date of which has not been announced.

It’s the hospitality industry that claims that the closures are against their human rights.

The Supreme Court have not sided with anyone.

According to today's papers the restaurant terraces are scheduled to reopen on 1st March. A bit of relief and good news for that sector as the weather heats up and the evenings grow longer.

Has the Valencian government said that or is it just press speculation?
Normally there’s no official announcement until very close to the end of the current status
