But you do have to....seen the brown lines from the rain, which only get worse year after year? . Yes, some of our neighbours have painted them but better with a paint sprayer.

Hi
I painted the side of my house about 5 years ago as the existing finish has been accidentally sprayed by a concrete pump. The finish is still as good as when I painted it.
I have also pressure washed it before which makes a significant improvement but not as good as painting.

Cheers for replies. Wondering whether to bite the bullet and paint as had a doorway bricked up and finished cotegran totally not a match. Builders excuse being that the original cotegran colour has faded over the years so impossible to match. But to be honest can't tolerate the drastic difference.
Awaiting quote from another builder to go over the whole wall

Hi
Personally I would paint, at least the colour would be identical all over.

Sie H we had our villa painted a month after our neighbours & our paint looks a lot better as it’s more a brighter white than they have . Everyone comments on how nice it is . Our villa is only a year old but it’s always best to paint as water just runs off & doesn’t stain the same . Had our last house in Cabo Roig painted to & that was a new build & a good few neighbours did the same after seeing our one . We got Davinia in Benijofar to paint our villa
