TIE at Benidorm

Hi all, Last week we applied to Alicante for an appointment to change our residencia cert to a TIE but when the appointments came up it only gave us the choice of the Benidorm office. As it's not much further timewise from where we live we took them for next week. Has anyone been to the Benidorm office please? and if so any parking or other tips. TIA.

There’s a public NCP type car park almost directly opposite the foreigners police office. Tip: don’t have your phone out while sitting waiting to be called forward, they get very annoyed about that for some reason. Good luck
