Digital certificates - How to fill in forms - Jabs

This is an EEC countries digital certificate, nothing to do with UK.
Let’s hope UK adopts the same system otherwise you will want two, one for going into Uk and one for the rest of Europe.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to update a EU digital certificate?
I printed mine off early last week (within 14 days of the 2nd jab) The certificate showed that I had received the 1st dose only.
Tried again today ( 18 days since the last dose) to get an update however received the same result.
I printed my off wife's certificate today for the first time and the certificate shows that she has received both doses.
We were injected on both occasions on the same day.
I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem and how they resolved the issue.
