Digital certificates - How to fill in forms - Jabs

just noticed that Valencian government are introducing Digital Certificates for various categories.
I looked at getting a Digital Certificate for Vaccination confirmation.
The website is Sede.fnmt.gob.es
I’m having difficulty identifying where and what I have to input, even though there is an English translation.
Is there someone who can help me fill in appropriate areas please.

Looking at the statements, this is how the EEC are going to issue a standard digital document across the EEC.

My wife has a print out that says she has had two, but on the digital travel thibgy it only shows her as having one...

A trip to the health centre tomorrow I think..

I printed out the one for my wife and it just gave details of the last vaccine but it said it was 2/2 of the number of vaccines. Mind you, she had the second one at the beginning of May.

I just went through the process to the final page where it gives the options of 3 certificates, pressed the vaccination choice, - nothing happened,,,,, ???? Am I missing something?

It should have downloaded - check your download file - I just downloaded mine, but its only saying 1/2 even though I have have recieved both injections

As loads of others have already said. Maybe it is taking time for the system to catch up because both mine and my wife's say 2/2 which were done at the beginning of May.

From another thread it is suggested that -

"you´re not classed as fully vaccinated for travel/ border control, until 14 days after the 2nd dose. So maybe they don't add the 2/2 and second date until 14 days after that second injection."

Sounds logical to me.

Hi all, just to clear things up a bit with the latest EU Digital Cert the date printed is the last date that you received your Jab. On the previous Spanish cert it did have both dates, were as the New improved version only has one date the last Jab.

Just remember that this Digital Certificate is for us within the EU and has not been approved by Boris and his gang for travel to the UK. Just watch another spanner being thrown into the works.
