Any changes to road from Airport to N332 turnoff

Has there been any change to the road layout from the Airport to the N332 turnoff for Santa Pola/Cartagena. Just checking as haven't been there since last July and will be arriving late.

Yes a big improvement - there is now a designated slip road off the main dual carriageway it is well sign posted Santa Pola. Much better especially in the dark.

Many thanks ajf1950. That's a relief. I was a bit worried that they would have changed everything as it has always been very straightforward on the outward journey from the Airport.

Bee: You will find it very easy. Enjoy your trip out we had a great 3 weeks well worth all the form filling in & testing, and to see our villa non the worse for not having visited it for a year - apart from the shrubs had almost doubled in size due to the irrigation system being on summer setting for a full year. Done them no harm though. Enjoy your trip. Safe travels.

Just one thing when coming back onto dual carriageway you are on a slip rd don’t run out of it, otherwise it’s great

Thanks gasgit. I don't like that bit and especially at night. I drive an automatic normally and there can be a bit of "crunching" of gears and searching for the gear stick when I forget after starting off. A double handicap gears and wrong side of the road
