Hot weather warning

AEMET has issued a yellow weather warning for high temperatures tomorrow - Saturday 7th August from 1pm to 8pm.

Temperatures are likely to rise to 38C and could reach 40C in inland areas of the Vega Baja

Not so bad, recorded 42 a few days ago. Cooling down at last!!!!!

The hot weather warning has now been raised to an Orange warning for severe high temperatures between 1pm and 8pm today.

The notice refers to the interior area, bordering Murcia

Yes, i cant post images here, i cant figure out how to do it, the usual img tags, doesnt work for me, but we are sitting in valley of cooler air that runs down the coast, in between two masses of very hot air, on sitting over western and central Spain and Portugal, the other sitting over the Med, Italy, Greece and moving northwards. Ventusky predicts it wont rise higher than 30C here .

It’s looking a bit warm on my terrace at the moment.

34C here at the moment. The one on my terrace is over 36C but that's in semi-direct sunlight.
