Santa Pola restaurants

Could anyone recommend a really good restaurant in Santa Pola. We went there yesterday along the sea front and there where so many. We prefer typically Spanish, but not meal of the day or set menu’s. We also like fine dining. We don’t mind if the restaurant is not on the main front ( usually the back street restaurant’s are better)
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We are thinking of going after 3pm on Sunday and appreciate it will be busy so will need to book.
