Check out a hire car broker who shows prices for numerous car hire companies. I took a quick look and a small fiat is approx €620 but no use for 5 people with luggage. A Renault Clio is mid €650s but a reasonably sized car will cost approximately £700 or more.
No bus to El Raso A car is going to be useful for getting to the beach but costly.

If you go onto the Ryanair website and look at car hire prices, they are very competitive. You don’t have to fly with Ryanair to use this service.

For those prices you could forget the car and taxi everywhere..
