You would have to get to either Torrevieja or Guardamar to catch the bus from there. Bus runs very occasionally from Quesada to Torrevieja, but there’s nothing to Guardamar unless you get the bus from El Raso.
If it’s the airport you want there’s an express bus from Torrevieja.
If it’s a day trip to Alicante then both Rosas and Davids coaches run trips on certain days and pick up in both San Luis and Quesada

There are buses, albeit not that many nowadays, from Rojales to Alicante.

No nothing direct but a few alternatives.
You can get the Elche/Torrevieja bus but be aware it doesn't stop at the Bus Station in Torrevieja. It stops at the Bus Interchange on Calle Salero in Torrevieja and you have to walk to Calle Antonio Machado to catch the Alicante Bus. San Luis has 2 Bus Services into Torrevieja both of which have a stop on Avenida Antonio Machado/Bus Station where you catch the Alicante Bus. The bus service from San Luis is only every hourif you are lucky. The good news is the new bus station is to be up near San Luis if it ever gets built.

Its crazy that it is a major urbanisation and yet no proper public transport.
When we came here to check out the area before buying in 2002 we honestly presumed that there would be a good bus service.................I feel sorry for people who do not have a car or cannot drive, I know of some in that position, plus it puts people who really should not be driving because of ill health/old age/sight problems to drive when they should not be doing so. Also people drinking and driving....
Other urbanisations have good bus services, why not this area?

San Luis bus station COULD connect to Quesada????????
Not just a one way proposition to the benefit of Quesada residents.
Quesada businesses could well benefit too from the increased trade from visitors in outlying areas.
What is the Spanish word for connectivity?

Red
It is to be the main Torrevieja Bus Station. There is no intention to connect with Quesada.
The proposed new Bus Station for Torrevieja is earmarked on land beside the Civil Defence/ Animal Shelter/Toretta 1 adjacent to the CV905.

This has been talked about before.
Every time they set up a bus service to either Torrevieja or Guardamar, which they have done several times, nobody uses it.
Whether this is because everyone in Quesada is rich so have their own cars or use taxis or if the actual routes are poorly advertised is anyone's guess.
Then there is the feeling that, OK, you can get somewhere by bus but can you get back? The timetables seemed a bit hit and miss and buses would either be late or early. We got the bus to Guardamar once and were the only ones on it. It went a quite circuitous route and took 40 minutes from Coopers to Guardamar at 7 in the evening. The 22:15 return bus simply failed to show (or had left early) and we had to get a taxi back.
Long time ago went to Torrevieja by bus and, again, only 3 people got on at Quesada. Fortunately we managed to catch it coming back but it was the only one of the day where the times actually linked to give you a return journey.
The bus timetable we got at the municipal centre was more a wish list rather than a timetable.
I've seen the 1315 bus to Torrevieja just go right around the arches roundabout and back down the CV905 without even stopping.
If you go into Torrevieja, you have a timetable at each stop plus an electronic sign telling you when the next bus is going to arrive and the number. Not even a paper timetable at the Quesada stops so people would have had no idea when the bus was due (if ever).
With the amount of people using buses around here, would it be worth a company's while to start one up again? (Yes, 15 years ago the agents were pointing out all the bus stops they'd put up especially along the road going to La Laguna. No bus ever stopped there, though).
And don't even mention the number of times a train service has been promised in the local area. Never came about and Los Montesinos, the Zoco roundabout and Torrevieja have been mentioned as stops. Same with the N332 at Torrevieja which was contracted out to be widened along the stretch by the desalination plant some 4 years ago but still has nothing started.
