Appointments with Sabadell in Ciudad Quesada

We made an appointment online over a week ago for an appointment tomorrow, at the Quesada branch of Sabadell. We have just logged on to check the procedure, and no appointments are shown.
Does anyone know the procedure for appointments, as I don´t think the ticket machine has an option for them.

A few weeks ago we made a 9am appt on line but when we queued outside so had about 30 other people. We left and had a. Breakfast. On our return an hour later the same people were still in the que. Left and visited the torrevieca branch instead which was much more helpful.

It’s a shame the branch at La Laguna closed it was so much easier to deal with them

I made an appointment, got an acknowledgment, turned up, the counter assistant asked what the appointment was for and sorted it without getting to the person who the appointment was with

Went today, ticket machine had the appointment option, only 2 other customers in bank and was sorted out in quick time. The appointment was not with a specific person, it was with a Gestor. We had to go through the usual house insurance dance though.

A belated input. Anyone noted how bad the qué is getting in the quesada branch of sabadell. A friend got there at 9 yesterday and was seen to 90 mins later.
Has anyone managed to get an online appointment, when I try on their app, it locks up.
Can one enter the bank and ask on of the girls at their desks for an appointment?
Apparently the bank in Rojales is a lot quieter but my query is about my mortgage., so probably necessary to see quesada branch.
Has anyone recently finished paying their mortgage and did you get any paperwork to say the mortgage was finished?
I didn't get anything but my mortgage payments stopped

You will have to ask Sabadell for a mortgage clearance certificate and they will charge silly money for doing it
