About 10 mins further out the road from Rojales is Roderos Restaurant on the seafront in Guardamar.

I visit it every time I'm over and I love it. It's a seafood restaurant, frequented mainly by Spanish people, but then I suppose Guardamar is a Spanish town.

Hi, thank you very much for your suggestion. We're actually hoping to find one closer to home, walking distance as we're likely to have a glass of wine or two with the meal.

You could try Quesada fish and chips. They do a lovely meal there.

I can only think of Goyo’s. It’s in town up near One Way Services.

That really narrows it down. Whereabouts in Rojales/Quesada do you live and how far could you walk?

As we want to have a drink we don't want to take the car. But we're well able to walk anywhere from say the La Laguna hotel to Triple Brew. Just thought someone might know somewhere we hadn't thought of. Daughters looking for oil oil prawn, gamba type of meal. Really appreciate the suggestions.

El Barco at Guardamar is also very good for fish right on the beachfront.
