Daily emails

How do you cancel receiving daily emails from Talk Quesada?

I have emailed ALEX twice and explained that we have left Quesada now and to please cancel the emails, but guess what, I’m still getting them!!!!!

I have also gone into the control panel and cancelled notifications, pressed on unsubscribe at the bottom of the welcome page and…… still keep getting daily emails.

Any suggestion?

Just classify them as junk mail, problem solved

We are asked not to post rude comments on this forum but when “the administration” totally ignore a polite request to stop sending daily emails 3 times I can understand frustrations boiling over.
So……. If I’m rude and offensive will my request be listened to?
