Good luck trying to call TV Mike, especially from UK! We bought 2 sticks on Sunday at Zocco Market for £190. One for our friends who plugged it in and there was no front end IPTV Mike APP so unable to get access to anything beyond the normal UK Amazon Firestick loaded apps that in Uk costs £30. We called a couple of times with no success so we went back to the market before they closed. After much ado, Miles tech crew got it working but it took over an hour or so later. We asked them to check ours to see all ok and they assured us all was ok with ours. We came back home plugged it in and to find the app wad loaded but it was registered to Mike with his user name and password so we can't access anything at all. We called 3 or 4 times, left messages and sent 2 emails. After making it clear we were not happy we eventually got an e mail nearly 2 days later with some instructions on how to remedy the situation. We followed these to the letter but it did not rectify the situation, we are still unable to get access as we don't have the password. I have sent 3 further e mails and left voicemail messages over the next 2 days but as yet we are still waiting for contact. I have offered to go to him to get it sorted but still no contact. So we have paid a £100 with nothing to show for it but aggravation. We are due to leave for the UK in the next few days so really getting annoyed now and feel 'ripped off - Awful Aftersales Customer Servuce. They appear to be loading these apps badly with no checks done before selling them to us to ensure they work for us when we get home.

That £190 price alone should have been a red flag

Why not buy the firestick in the UK and get the IPTV service App loaded there. At least you know everything is up and running before you bring it to Spain.
